AFO 454 - Borrower notice statistics
454.1 Introduction
This overview enables you to see the number of borrowers for whom notices were generated in each month of any given year. Statistics are produced for the following notice types:
· 1. Overdues (1-4);
· 2. Reservations;
· 3. Automatic recalls;
· 4. Manual recalls;
· 5. Acceptgiros - this option is only intended for the Dutch market;
· 6. Acceptgiros (1st overdue) - this option is only intended for the Dutch market;
· 7. Acceptgiros (2nd overdue) - this option is only intended for the Dutch market.
454.2 Borrower notice statistics
When you start this option the Borrower notice statisticsscreen is displayed.
Columns on the screen
Notice type - the type of notice;
Months - the number of borrowers for whom notices were generated in each month of the specified year;
Total - the total for the year.
Options in the screen
– choose this option to display the statistics of a different year. An input form will be displayed:
Fields on the screen
Display data for year: enter the required year.
It is recommended that you enter the year as four digits
After cklicking , the Borrower notice statistics screen will be re-displayed with the data for the chosen year.
